Doge breakout MASSIVE 1 year downtrend

We are looking at the 1 day chart of DOGE/USDT
As we can see, the price broke out of a 1 year downtrend which is bullish.
Furthermore, Elon Musk just became the biggest shareholder of (crypto) Twitter. (Doge tweets imminent?)
Also, most ALTS, BTC and ETH are currently not moving which could be a good thing for Doge. Capital movement.
