I'm no pro at charting, but here is what I see:
If DOT starts to break out of that falling wedge, I'll be buying with a tight SL at around the bottom of that wedge.
If it doesn't break out and moves down as the 50ma crosses the 200ma, then I'll be looking to buy in the green zone.
