US buck is toast
The dollar is going to crack the next level down, 103.9 and then it will get interesting. The FED will announce a half point Dec. 14,22 and the buck will fall, the markets will rise. But it won't last, as the guts of the market are gangrene.

Not long after the target was reached, the FED announced a half point. The markets didn't like it and the buck bounced.
