$FSLY may be drawing H&S top, bearish bias

if it drops bellow $75, we have reversal. The right shoulder is already in, unless the price moves (and stays) above it, we have reversal.

forgot to mention the 50d MA — we are currently bellow it. Not typical for uptrending stock
