HEI is forming one of my favorite setups in where a chart pattern breakout will also complete a weekly trend line.1) A head and shoulders continuation chart pattern breakout (blue line on the chart)
2) Already broke a Weekly long term down trend line (red dotted line on the chart)
3) Recently cleared 200 MA
Chart pattern target around $130 price level.
