is $22.50 billion stimulus enough to turnaround India economy?

The challenge here is no longer about the size of the stimulus but the standard and capabilities of its public healthcare system. India is a big country and it is also densely populated. To enforce social distancing , imo, is going to be tough, very tough where there are many rural villages that lack clean water ,the basic necessity to keep themselves clean and hygienic from the virus.

What happens after 21 days of lockdown ? Like the countries already ahead of them, there is lessons to be learnt - managing the cries of companies who are going or near bankruptcy, unable to pay rentals since they have near zero revenue and operating costs like wages to pay.

Many individuals like the rest of the world too will find themselves unemployed as well as companies are no longer able to sustain them. The domino effect is scary and unimaginable.

The 900 points jump in DJI yesterday was a surprise and it definitely bring good news to other global indices including NIFTY as well. Nifty is already in bear market with almost 40% down from its peak. It is now revising the support on 24 Feb 2016 and has rebounded quite strongly.

I still believe the worse has yet to come and believe in coming days/weeks, the price will slide down. Wait for the breakdown to happen first before executing your short. Be patient. The correction may takes a while......

Be patient, the selldown will come......there are precedents ahead that shows you already, use that as an example
