NZD/CAD - Waiting for interest rate: 3% ? or 3,25% ?

Friday candle is a shooting star, but closed over Tekan
at 0,9270.
The Lagging Span was rejected by the SSA,
the lower part of the cloud.

Might be, before Wednesday, price will test
the weekly Kijun between 0,9157 and 0,9115.

After Wednesday, much will depend on the decision
on interest rates: 3% or 3,25%?

Any case, short term my sentiment is bearish.
