Positive News:Restaurant Brands Asia has approved an investment of 40 billion Indonesia Rupiah in its subsidiary Sari Burger Indonesia (‘BK Indonesia’), according to a Wednesday filing to the stock exchanges.
The investment will be made by way of a subscription of redeemable cumulative non-convertible preference shares.
