This would have been a nice spammy company to short

This company pretty much sums up the state our capital markets right now. I feel bad for whoever bought this thing, and you can bet there was long term investors -- no doubt. There usually is. GHSI had an auditorium full of them; people who would viciously defend their decision to invest in the company until the very end; people who, even when the price was down 80%, would be incapable of even admitting to themselves, let alone to the ones who tried to warn them, that they were just outright scammed -- not kind of scammed, or somewhat scam, just outright scammed, and by people who knew exactly what they were doing. The result was known by the benefactors from day one, and it was the not the result of some unintended, uncontrollable consequence or bad luck -- it was just a plain old scam
