In 100 years, Tesla will be known as a robotics company that began as an auto manufacturer. Elon has described the coming robot products to likely bring the most profit and future growth for Tesla. EV cars are becoming more commoditized and margins are shrinking. Robots will be the next major class in consumer tech products, after smartphones.
