In Q3-Q4 2015 emerging markets bottomed out and started to rally as financial conditions tilted towards easing in Japan, Europe, and the US. Emerging markets benefited from low-interest rates and quantitative easing (QE) as we can see we have had a stunning rally since that time. Evidence from chart below implies that there is a strong correlation between easing financial conditions in the US VS emerging market performance.
