Vix Index set up for longs into this S and P rally

The Vix index is getting close to major lows at 10.6 and is unlikely to trade below 10.3 even with a 2% rally in prospect for the S and P. This index will return 15 times more than the S and P over the next 2 months, even if the S and P rallies 100 points...time will tell....
