In my opinion, fundamentals and TA are both showing us XRP could be a good buy right now.
Ripple has a big event coming up mid October (ripple.com/insights/...ing-swell-by-ripple/) and I think it's best get in weeks before that.
XRP made a double bottom in august and I think it is uphill from there. It is possible XRP is coming down to the bottom of the triangle firstly, because when BTC is going down FUD could be running the market, but it's also possible XRP's value will bounce on the 50 day Moving Average. From there I see it going up to at least 0.30USD.
Entry: Split your entry. 50% below 0.20USD (50d MA), 50% at around 0.18USD.
First target: 0.26USD (triangle)
Second target: 0.30USD (resistance)
Be careful for a sell-the news-reaction during Swell, but don't be afraid to get back in after that either.In my opinion it can go to all time highs before the end of the year as well.

Its value dropped below the triangle shortly during the BTC-dip, but managed to close right on support.
Again it is coming close to the bottom of the triangle. If you buy in here and set a pretty tight Stop Loss, you have a good win/loss ratio on this one.

However, XRP's value is finding support on the 100d Moving Average.
I still feel this is a very good buy.
