I think this is a good buy opportunity for XVG. With BTC almost at its (projected) bottom and XVG is it's descending rectangle within the triangle i think we can say this one is bullish. I have my buy order at 650sats. Short term target: 1000sat. But only if BTC stops falling below 9K usd.
