Adaptive Parabolic SAR (APSAR) - [MYN]

We took the code that we wrote in Myth Busting Strategy #6 to make it more profitable, specifically the timeframe adaptive Parabolic SAR logic and published this as a separate indicator to make it easier for others to use and adopt.

There really is no magic to this. This indicator basically just evaluates the timeframe and derives a multiplier that is applied to the PSAR Max attribute.
