Originally I created a 52 Week Highs/Lows/Close indicator (1). Recently I wanted to have a daily bias for the year instead. Since there could be important differences when looking at the Highs/Lows/Close for the last year using the weekly resolution vs the daily resolution.
Once I started customizing the previous indicator, I realized it only made sense to let...
Basic high and low channels, allows for two high and two low channels of specified lengths.
Use for channel breakout trades, basic idea is to go long when the longer high channel is broken and close when shorter low channel is broken, vice versa for shorts

This indicator was asked and named by a trading meetup participant in Sevilla. The original question was "How to estimate the correlation between the price and a line as easy as possible", a question who got little attention. I previously proposed a correlation estimate using a modification of the standard score (see at the end of the post) for the...

For example, if you go short due to a retracement to the MA (of your choice) take profits when a bearish trendline is broken...
//use as a price structure studying tool
//defaults set for the 1 hour chart... inner cloud represents 24 hours in 1 day, outer cloud represents 5 days in 1 week (forex). Change per desired resolution and market session length.
This script just shows a histogram of the daily range. You can change the interval to view the high/low range of any period, but I use it just to see what the day's range is and how it compares to prior days. Simple and straightforward.
