Price: Any break above 96.30 and I would consider starting to buy shares. A break above 97.00 and I would complete initiating any left over capital I wanted to allocate. At that point I would set a stop loss at around the 96.30 point.
MACD: While it still looks like it's pushing down, the histogram strongly indicates that a reversal is quickly approaching.
