seems to be copying the last break from a H/S pattern just copied it and it's been doing the exact same thing. Created a ratio between the rally of last break to this rally and estimate the next leg down from the peak of the most recent rally (where it double tops) will be about 6.5% bringing us to somewhere in the low green box.
