Good morning, everyone. In last night’s post, I mentioned that Bitcoin appears to be forming a head and shoulders pattern. Since then, the price has been testing the lower bounds of the blue channel, attempting to break down at the three points marked in red, but has since rebounded.
At the moment, the price is rising as it rebounds, but we are closely watching to see whether it will face resistance and fall back down, or break through the upper bounds of the blue channel. It’s common for the fourth test to result in a breakout, so if the price attempts another breakdown, the likelihood of a significant decline increases. Let’s stay vigilant and continue monitoring the situation.
