BTC 9% up or 6% down ?

2019年4月30日Rsi is pointing down on the daily. It's the same for the stoch indicator. MA momentum going down. If we have a breakout to the upside it's a move of 9%, to the downside we have 6%. I think we will go down but first we need to have a break-out.
