Clock - Almost Over Critical Fib

Cloak has been consolidating for a while.
It is edging right up to the red Fib line and resistance can turn to support. This also happens to be where the 2/1 Gann Fan intersects.
Faster EMA crossed over slower.
Dotted red shows upward trend.
