CMCSA Comcast Corporation Options Ahead of Earnings

Analyzing the options chain and the chart patterns of CMCSA Comcast Corporation prior to the earnings report this week,
I would consider purchasing the $45 strike price Calls with
an expiration date of 2023-8-18,
for a premium of approximately $0.47.
If these options prove to be profitable prior to the earnings release, I would sell at least half of them.

CMCSA traded at $46.44 after earnings, and the calls are up from $0.47 (when I wrote this article) to $1.10 at the close today (even higher intraday), for a decent 135% gain!
