ETHBTC appears to be reaching a cycle bottom. Sentiment is quite sour (and for good reason). But has things really changed? Just seems like a typical decline while Monthly RSI as at the same level as 2019 with very similar timeframes. Total value locked in DeFi is increasing. Volume is picking up while DEFI dominance is steady, i call that bullish divergence.
