Ethereum is ranging in the value area between $3324 and $3473. This follows a huge rally from the mid $2K's. The price action has stabilized and we could be seeing a bull flag forming. If so, a breakout could be gearing up, however the Kovach OBV is completely flat, so it could go either way from here. A breakout would take us to our next target of $3563. A retracement would find support at $3200.
