Warren Buffet, George Soros & the big players will buy it low & sell it high (be it higher-lows or lower-highs)...; so as ordinary retails traders, we know how crucial it is to analyze & predict the markets in order to take-advantage of the movements in order to be profitable... The market psychology also comes into play as a highly important role; as we also need to know how the market will behave or react; because a tiny snowball can turn into an enormous bull/bear run (& the clues will be in the charts)...
So how do we get going to trade this pair...(?) Well, first of all, PoundUSD has taken a a bear-run down into the lows & has tested the 1.39000 support on the 29/02/2016... However, it went on to start a 2nd degree consolidation at the 1.41000 level decision-points..., & shortly after that there was an impulse wave up to point (A)/(1) in this chart (& that was a great "thousand pips" move up)... As such I speculate that it has stepped into a bull-cycle territory (based on my analysis)...; so from now on, I should expect the bulls to take good control... The upside could eventually develop into a senior-bull wave cycle; which could ultimately push this pair right up to the 1.57642 (+/-) handles seen around late Aug/2015...
In addition, Brexit could pose an inverse effect on the strength of the Pound (from weak to strong; instead of what I could be thinking); directly opposite from what a fundamentalist could be expecting (but this is just my very own feeling about this matter); perhaps the effect of Brexit on the Cable has already been priced-in... (As such, we could be in for a pound bullish super-cycle from now on; all the way up to the projected target...)

Additionally, I am also having (quite a bit of a disturbing feeling) that the US Dollar Index could be meeting with rather strong resistance soon & may take a big-flip over to more downsides; contrary to what a Dollar bullish trader (like me) is currently anticipating...; as such I have plans to close all of my USD Long positions very soon (& perhaps be well prepared to take USD Shorts soon)...
