SSTIS is a confirmed buy with a fake bear setup. 2D MV chart is a short-term buy with no long-term confirmation. 2D MV fakeout chart signals a fake bull. As long as equities are up and dollar is down, miners will go up, however, as you can see, institutional traders are not convienced about this bull and their longer-term bets on the bull side are moderate.
