ALL TECHNICAL TARGET OF IDEA HIT timely but due to FUNDAMENTAL RESTRUCTURE and decision of promoters to dilute shares to govt cause of unable to pay dues is worst fundamentals Impact as per my view..this is intent of promoters that they are unable to run co ...so all long term trade is idea ..closed.!!

one simple things to understand ..if co decide fair value as 10 to dilute to GOVT then y public shareholder should pay buy price more then 10 ...bug question when share price trade around 15-16 they give 50% discount price to govt .. ...
