IOTA has already made a cup pattern which is easily visible in monthly and weekly time frame.
In order to make the handle it needs to break up neckline, resistance zone ($2.10, in red) which also is its first target. It is a tough one since it is a monthly leevel.
In case IOTA can break up the aforementioned resistance level, it will surge to make the handle, then IOTA may reach up to ($20.65) which will be new and fruitful ATH.
