looking at a possible bull flag for ivr price will dip from 4.25-5.25 for now than will be taken baby step up the staircase

ivr announce dividends are reduced down to 2 from previous 50
will be a bumpy road to recovery.
that being said I still believe that this is a very under value stock great for LONG TERM investment.
other companies completely stop paying dividends, witch is why I have good faith in IVR.
all of this is due to covid fear, unemployment. and no INTEREST from the feds.
