MACD Part 2

MACD, short for Moving Average Convergence Divergence, is a popular technical indicator used in trading to identify potential buy and sell signals, as well as trend reversals. It's essentially a momentum indicator that compares two moving averages (usually 12-period and 26-period exponential moving averages) to gauge the strength and direction of a trend.
