Appears the village idiot did indeed go up on stage and yelled "disinflation". In 3 months time, his new made up word is going to be "re-inflation".
The market priced in the possibility of another hike in both March and May which is why it dipped and yields went up. Really odd market because there is still a rate inversion, which is odd because nobody is really expecting a recession. The only way this can play out correctly is if the war in Ukraine ends this fall.
