SNDL: how is this bullish? kalvitethehodlerによるNASDAQ:SNDLの分析

I simply cannot find anything bullish on this chart. Why would you buy this as opposed to hexo, canopy, or cron. I do believe it will spike with the vote but this chart is dog shit!!!!
