For a true Alt season (excluding ETH) we need to break and sustain above 440 billion in Total3.
440 billion is the last top that led to the lowest low of 290 billion.
For a bullish reversal in T3, we need to break (and sustain above) that top (i.e., 440 billion) and then retrace and then continuation.
