is this a head and shoulders?

i do not know if this is a head and shoulders? today is nfp day, this is liable to go crazy. but according to TA, in my eyes, this is a head and shoulders. let's see if i'm correct or not.
......not in a rush to be trading usd pairs as nfp is today!
