Setting up Inv. Head & Shoulders on 1 hr?

Seems to be setting up H&S as shown on chart. measured move takes it to 118.486.
Less interested in the trade and more on impact for US indicies. Could be the straw that breaks the camels back and sends US stocks to new highs.
