USOIL - H4 - Long base on ICHI Balance

Base on Ichimoku Balance, there is a Target on 74$ that price must touch it.

Maybe price get back Down base on H1 time frame Ichimoku Balance, but then it will go up .

So we can get a LONG position on it.
