Gold price looks to be at a topping area and will come down it's corridor to lower prices. I think much lower prices during NY today.

For now, I am Shorting XAUUSA at any price between 2566.50 to 2567.
STOP LOSS is quite tight giving good RR. 2574.10 SL

You can see in this chart that gold is moving in a rising wedge. However, its a the top of this wedge so its price will drift down.
Further, all of the bullish moves were made in Gold trading yesterday and during Asian trading today. Today, will be very bearish for Gold especially on the rally of the USDx

SL 2574.10.
On the 1m time frame price dipped into some 1m order blocks and got a bounce. I think lower lows and lower highs from here.
Nothing significant on the USA economic calendar today

You never know guys...If what I think is going to play out today in the NY session reference to a USDX breakout....we will be riding this down to at least 2450 with a bit of luck.

SORRY GUYS STOPPED OUT. I got short just now up at 2580. I can't believe the gold price is that high

I took 5 positions Short in xauusd at 2580 level.

Stopped out back there guys, I under estimated just how bullish these gold buffs are at the moment and their floating artwork into the candle-lit-sky. I shorted them all at 2580.

Plan of attack is ShORT guys. Our confirmation is the breakout of the USDX. Don't get short like I already have until you get that confirmation. Too many gold bulls out at the moment,

30 minute chart on gold. The last 30 minute candle was very bearish.

I roughly estimate that the USDX fireworks are about 1 hour away.

The first Gold trade got stopped out.
The 2nd trade was a Short at 2580 and I understand the Gold price has wound back to 2574.
I still feel a sense that the USDX will breakout before next Thursday. I felt strongly that would occur today and I still believe it will happen soon.
