Consolidation Forming. Looking to Break out around 14,500 for a sustained run to resistance at 16,900 for a short term 20% gain. Look for it to bounce down from there as the market is looking for a correction after these big moves. If it breaks 16,900 we could be headed for the 20K Psychological Resistance Line and a new all time high.
