The background of this script determines the short term trend. The stochastic gives both exit and entrypoints. It is fully costomizable and we have coded in alerts. When we have a crossover above the 50 hline with a red background, it indicates a move down. A crossunder below the 50 hline with a green background indicates a move up. This indicator works great with something else that determines a longer term trend like a golden cross strategy.
