I do not recommend shorting AAPL though. Doesn't really move down enough, high risk little reward, plus you're fighting the market since AAPL is a big component of SPX, NDX< and DJI.
PE is still under 27, it's not unreasonable for this stock to be at 30 P/E, so there's a possibility for $350 easily. Heck, NFLX P/E is over 100.

I had calls yesterday and flipped them on open today. Wasn't sure where this was going, and now I'm glad I flipped early.
Not gonna short it though.
