Divergence, as many of us know can be one of the earliest signs of an impending fall on a price of an assett of experiencing upward growth. IN our experience this is true in nearly 100% of the cases, irrespective of the actual size of the end collapse. These can be large and take longer or small and take less time. Although divergence is a significant predictor for an incoming reversal, it says nothing of the magnitude of this reversal when it does actually come. Bearish on AMD
