Ever since Alibaba actually retested the previous all time low in 2022, we have been able to see the textbook creation of a rounding bottom formation. Even the recent break and retest was perfectly playing out and if Alibaba confirmes the potental breakout, a rally of +50% will most likely follow.

Yes, Alibaba is currently just creating a lot of volatility on the smaller timeframe. But no, this does not mean that the bullish trend is already over. Rather the opposite is the case and Alibaba still respects the break and retest and the overall bullish continuation higher.

Well well well, Alibaba is once again heading for another higher timeframe retest of the previous strong support area. This is not a bearish sign at all but rather a second opportunity to create bullish confirmation. Therefore the overall break and retest remains valid.
