If 42k brakes ... the hell will brake loose ....especially after repeating H&S from previous ATH. In that scenario we can see 30k and possible flash to low to mid 20k.
If we hold 42k and bounce from it, we might see 53 in Jan and possible completion of bigger H&S at 58k.
