This is again my humble stab at this difficult subject but if correct the All Time High of MMXIII $1163 should not be broken?
We are now at the start of corrective Wave IV similar in my opinion to Wave II after the MMXIII peak!
Wave V is not an actual Target yet but when happens I'm sure will exceed the recent all time high this year.
