Bullish or bearish for BTC?

btc still holding 38k support & not close below 38k daily candle and formed triangle divergence. Been bumping and spike for past few days,
still waiting for the price to break out from the triangle.

Need more volume to kicking the prices upside :D

next week possible bullish news ;
1) bitcoin bond launces by el salvador
2) US executive order for crypto currencies
3) ukraine rusia geopolitical crisis

if nothing good happen maybe we will revisit 36k support/longer sideway
