Where/when bottom? Look at the weekly RSI pattern....

I was analyzing the weekly RSI and noticed that evert market cycle bottom has come in slightly higher than the previous one. So - just an idea for when and where we can look for this current market cycle to bottom out. I would expect it to bottom slightly higher, on the weekly RSI, than the previous one.
