This idea is not entirely mine. I got the idea from a youtuber I do not remember the name of. (Comment if you know.)
Idea is that Bitcoin follows a trendline at the start of a bull market. Then goes parabolic and tops. About midway through the bear market it breaks and goes under the trendline and bottoms. On the next bull market Bitcoin follows a new and less steep trendline but backtests the previous trendline at the parabolic top. So the previous trendline becomes the new ceiling. As the market cap grows the yearly percentage gains is less and less until it matches the growth rate of the world economy.
