No one should be even looking at CHR unless it has a clear breakout, a correction that looks bullish, and then cracks higher. Only then should anyone even consider allocating money to this chart.

This may look small but it's actually a huge -20% plus down move. In other words, anyone who bought $10,000 is now left with $8,000 or less.
As I mentioned when I first posted the chart, there is literally nothing bullish about this chart.
I have seen this chart posted on TV and liked, hyped, and thumbed up as "bullish". Big mistake. "Too low, it has to go up" is not a reason to think this a bullish. Those are vague hunches and feelings with lines drawn on a chart to express those feelings. Thats not unbias TA.
