The s/r points have indicated on the chart.
Best buy zone: ~$6.9-7.9. We may see some temporarily support around $10-10.5 but it's not the best :)
Reasons: strong dynamic and static supports + ~86% down from ATH + reversal point. It may happen in Late July (21 July).

DOT trying to break the resistance. My idea may not happen anytime soon.
