DXY is currently moving side way in a triangle range
Look at chart H1, there are 2 scenarios might happen:
- Scenario 1: Price breaks out of small triangle range and tries to reach the upper band of the smaller triangle, also the supply zone of 98.10 and making another lower high
- Scenario 2: Price breaks out of small triangle range and break through resistance level 97.42, when it breaks this level it also means price will break the trend line and confirm for the trend reversal. Continue to fall down and test demand level 97.16
I personally prefer the second scenario as DXY might continue to lose its strength in the next few weeks
